Utility Installation

Metronet is currently installing fiber optic cable in our community. They have a permit from the city to perform the work and have access to the utility easements. The easements are generally 10 ft from the sidewalk into each property. A month or so ago Metronet sent out a mailing about the installation. We have received some complaints about the installation. This is outside the control of the HOA because it is a utility company with a permit from the city. Metronet is supposed to repair any grass they dig up.
