Amendment Votes

The Amendments for the Sheds and the Mailboxes have passed. You must follow the approved guidelines. Anyone that strays from the guidelines that were approved by the majority of the homeowners will be notified immediately and corrections will have to be made or you will be asked to remove your shed or mailbox. If you do not correct the infractions then fines may be assessed against you until you comply. Guidelines for the sheds and mailboxes are located within this website at Other Documents.
