Update on Mulberry Property

We cannot turn over the easement area to the residents without some significant costs. There are surveying fees, legal fees, and engineering fees that will come into the equation. Each Individual homeowner would have to pay for these services, as we have not budgeted for such activity. As you all remember at the annual meeting this would have to be an all or none project. Some homeowners are not in favor of doing this for their own reasons. Therefore the action item is closed at this time.
